Remote Support Booking

e-Signature Support via AnyDesk

Book a short support slot for IT to connect over AnyDesk and help you with your program. All session times use the 24 hour clock and each booking lasts 15 minutes.

Step 1

Install AnyDesk

Download the installer below. If you do not feel safe downloading from this site, use the official AnyDesk website instead.

Download Windows (.exe) Download macOS (.dmg) Open anydesk.com

Finish the full AnyDesk installation before booking. Once you open the site again, you will be asked for your AnyDesk Remote Address so IT can prepare for your session.

Step 2

Book Your Support Session

Name, email, WhatsApp number, and WhatsApp contact consent are all required before a booking can be submitted.
